While my last purchase, after I've received a tracking number, DHL has not updated its status for 2 weeks that made me a bit anxious. So, I wrote to Dealtox support. As always they were really kind and took their effort to explain that in the last month DHL needed more time for the processing. They eased me up and asked me to wait for the package delivery that was about to come without any problem. Indeed, after 3 days the package status began to update and in 2 days it was in front of my doorstep. The same day I received a "thank you" letter from Dealtox. They thanked me for my patience and sent me a gift coupon code, which as they mentioned was to "compensate possible discomfort regarding the delivery delay". This kind of attention was very pleasurable, to be honest. Love you!

Being a Dealtox Customer and Seller is probably the easiest thing. Especially during Covid they have been able to stay On track and move strong. I got my delivery the expected time.

Everything is perfect with you, but it's sad that DHL during the coronavirus cannot process orders as quickly as before, I used to receive my sneakers within 5 days from the moment of ordering, now sometimes I have to wait 10-12 days, which is also pretty good. but still not so fast. I understand that this is not your fault and you cannot influence this in any way. I think I should not lower the score for this, but still I will rate it 4.
