How does it work?

Dealtox is a consignment store, which means individual suppliers and companies bring in their own supply of products for us to sell on their behalf. Each and every item is authenticated and verified to be in new, unworn condition by our trained expert staff.

Are your sneakers new?

Dealtox only sells 100% new and authentic items. Although the items are consigned, they are unworn and in pristine condition.

How do I know if the items are authentic?

All Dealtox merchandise is 100% authentic, guaranteed. Product authenticity and condition is always verified before sent to you.

How do you determine the prices of your products?

Dealtox is a consignment marketplace, which means that we sell items on behalf of our suppliers. The final determination on price is made by our team. Also, we only work with suppliers who can offer us the best price on the market so that our customers always get the best offers.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards and we accept Paypal.

If you are unable to pay via Paypal or you credit card, contact us by email: [email protected] and we will find a solution for you.

Can I place an order over the email?

Yes! Our friendly customers service team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You just need to write by email: [email protected] about the product you want to buy.

Can I change the address on my order?

Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address. If your order has not shipped yet, please contact our customer service team and they will do their best to accommodate the request.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel the order, you must contact us within one hour of order placement.

When will my order ship?

For all orders, processing and verification times range from 2 to 7 business days before an order ships. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

How long does delivery take?

It usually takes 5-7 business days to deliver items after the processing is complete. In some rare cases it may take a bit more due to COVID-19.

How can I track my order?

When you buy a footwear from us our customer service team starts to carefully process your order and notifies you with all the necessary details as soon as they are available, so you are informed about your order status and can track you purchased items at any given point of time with a tracking number.

How do I return my purchase?

You just need to contact us and we will send you detailed information on how to return the product.

I received confirmation that my return has been delivered. When will I receive my refund?

Please allow up to 5 business days to inspect your returned item(s) and process a refund back to your original form of payment.
