If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can either return the product (if you notify us within 14 days of delivery) for a refund or exchange the item for an alternate product of your choice. Return is available for 30 days after you recieve the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories.

If you request a return because of our matter, for example, if product turns out to be: defective or if it mismatches its description on the website, you would have an option to replace it with no commission fee or we would give you a full compensation in a case of a product return.

In all situations customer will be responsible for the returns delivery fee. The product must not be returned to the same address from which the customer receives it. Before the customer sends the product, it is necessary to inform us by emailing. The product can be returned only after you receive an email with an approval statement and Returns & Exchange policy, which will guide you through the return process.

Any product returned outside the Dealtox Online Store Returns & Exchange policy without authorization may result in a delay or denial of your refund.

Dealtox reserves the right to deny any returns in circumstances involving repeated returns.
